We offer sound, professional advice with any property matters, even if it is not in relation to your investment that we are managing, we are more than willing to share our knowledge.
We only present to you a high calibre of tenants who we foresee as people that will make your investment their home. We vet and thoroughly reference check potential applicants prior to presenting them to you for your approval. Appropriate bonds are lodged with the Office of Fair Trading and rental payments are made into our trust account.
We carry out regular inspections of the property and immediately bring to your attention any repairs or maintenance items that need attention. We want your property to be kept in the best possible condition so that it remains a premium investment. We use competent, trustworthy and reliable tradespeople. If you prefer to use your own, please just let us know. We always consult with you on quotes or costs prior to approving repairs.
